This Policy describes how TAB — Think About Business handles personal data collected through the website www.tab.pro.br, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD).

2. Data we collect

We collect (a) navigation data — such as pages visited, traffic source, device type and on-site behavior — through cookies and Google Analytics; and (b) data you provide voluntarily, such as name, e-mail, phone and company, when filling out contact forms.

3. How we use data

We use the data to measure and improve the website experience, understand interest in our products and services, respond to your requests and conduct the business communication you initiate.

4. Legal basis (LGPD)

Analytics data (Google Analytics) is processed based on your consent, collected via the cookie banner and revocable at any time. Contact data is processed to handle your request and based on TAB's legitimate interest in managing its commercial relationship.

5. Cookies and Google Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 for usage statistics. By default, collection is disabled until you accept in the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode). You can decline or, after accepting, clear your browser cookies to withdraw consent.

6. Sharing and international transfer

Navigation data is processed by Google as a processor and may be transferred to and stored on servers outside Brazil, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal data.

7. Your rights

Under article 18 of the LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization or deletion of data, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise your rights, write to privacidade@tab.pro.br.

8. Retention

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purposes of this Policy or as required by law. Analytics data follows the retention periods configured in Google Analytics.
